共轨喷油嘴DLLA150P2512适用于潍柴发动机wp12阀组件

预喷射在主喷射之前，将小部分燃油喷入气缸，在缸内发生预混合或者部分燃烧，缩短主喷射的着火。这样缸内压力升高率和峰值压力都会下降，发动机工作比较缓和，同时缸内温度降低使得NOx排放减小。预喷射还可以降低失火的可能性，高压共轨系统的冷起动性能。

　　主喷射初期降低喷射速率，也可以减少着火期内喷入气缸内的油量。提高主喷射中期的喷射速率，可以缩短喷射时间从而缩短缓燃期，使燃烧在发动机更有效的曲轴转角范围内完成，提高输出功率，减少燃油消耗，降低碳烟排放。主喷射末期快速断油可以减少不完全燃烧的燃油，降低烟度和碳氢排放。

柴油共轨系统已开发了3代，它有着的技术潜力。共轨高压泵总是保持在压力，导致能量的浪费和的燃油温度。第二代可根据发动机需求而改变输出压力，并具有预喷射和后喷射功能。预喷射降低了发动机噪音：在主喷射之前百万分之一秒内少量的燃油被喷进了气缸压燃，预加热燃烧室。预热后的气缸使主喷射后的压燃更加容易，缸内的压力和温度不再是突然地增加，有利于降低燃烧噪音。在膨胀过程中进行后喷射，产生二次燃烧，将缸内温度增加200～250℃，降低了排气中的碳氢化合物。

由于其的技术潜力，今天各制造商已经把目光定在了共轨系统第3代—压电式(piezo)共轨系统，压电执行器代替了电磁阀，于是得到了更加的喷射控制。没有了回油管，在结构上更简单。压力从200～2000巴弹性调节。喷射量可控制在0.5mm3，减小了烟度和NOX的排放。

“电控”是指喷油系统由电脑控制， ECU（俗称电脑）对每个喷油嘴的喷油量、喷油时刻进行控制，能使柴油机的燃油经济性和动力性达到的平衡，而传统的柴油机则是由机械控制，控制精度无法得以保障。

“高压”是指喷油系统压力比传统柴油机要高出3倍，能达到200MPa（而传统柴油机喷油压力在60—70 MPa），压力大雾化好燃烧充分，从而提高了动力性，达到省油的目的。

“共轨”是通过公共供油管同时供给各个喷油嘴，喷油量经过ECU的计算，同时向各个喷油嘴提供同样质量、同样压力的燃油，使发动机运转更加平顺，从而优化柴油机综合性能。而传统柴油发动机由各缸各自喷油，喷油量和压力不一致，运转不均匀，造成燃烧不平稳，噪音大，油耗高。
